Payment
Ready 2 Go Signs uses StrataPay to process all payment transactions. Upon proceeding to the Shopping Cart Checkout you can make a secure credit card payment online at www.stratapay.com.au.
Delivery Method
Ready 2 Go Signs uses Express Post Platnium Courier services for all deliveries over $50 (signature is required upon delivery), and regular Express Post for items under $50. Delivery is provided within Australia only.

Delivery Time
All items will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
An Exchange or Refund will be issued within 14 days of our dispatch if the item is deemed to be:
- Faulty (i.e a manufacturing fault in the vinyl or application tape
- Of a different colour, size or font than the one selected
- Of a different product than the one selected.
Product
All of our products are made from cast vinyl rated with a 7 year outdoor durability (based on vertical surface exposure). This vinyl has a high level of resistance to petroleum products and seawater, all testing has been performed by the manufacturer only. No warranties are provided by Ready 2 Go Signs.
Self Application
Ready 2 Go Signs cannot agree to cover any problems or damage caused by poor surface/poor application of the product which was not done in accordance with the application instructions provided.
GST
Ready 2 Go Signs is not a GST registered business.
